Internal Audit Facilitator - Boscobel,WI
The Internal Audit Facilitator performs routine to complex internal audit engagement work. The work involves conducting internal control, process and performance, and compliance audit projects; providing consulting services to the organization’s management; and providing input into the development of the annual audit plan. Undertakes, supervises, audits, audit reviews of administrative, departmental, technical (documentation), and management processes and systems to ensure alignment of activities with Food Safety, Food Legality and Quality Systems, due management of risks, and effective and economical use of company resources (Internal Auditing Staff).
Knowledge of Auditing (Internal and External) and Internal Controls. Above average understanding of process flow and procedures, including documented training. Must be able to demonstrate good planning, organization, and coordination skills. Knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word and Excel. Excellent leadership, interpersonal communication and report writing skills. The ability to work effectively under time pressure and constraints.

Job Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Adhere to all GMPS, food safety, regulatory (USDA) and company policies, procedures, work instructions and employee expectation requirements that support food safety and food defense.
- Complete all required paperwork that applies to specified areas and products
- Identify defects in packages/pouches
- Monitor weights and case counts
- Assemble cases either manually or automatically using case making machine
- Operate a pallet jack
- Understand Production Schedule
This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent preferred and One year of hands-on experience in manufacturing, and/or service work preferred but not mandatory. Must possess good written and verbal communication skills and be able to function in a team environment. We offer on the job training.
